NO REALLY, YOU CAN DO YOGA

Yoga is here to help you come home to yourself. We all practice for different reasons. Regardless, yoga has countless benefits – physical, mental, and emotional. My teaching practice is to help students use yoga as tool to enhance their lives, no matter what’s in store.

 
 
 
 

Warm candlelit yin YOGA

This class encourages the muscles and fascia to stretch and open. We’ll hold postures for awhile while inviting the mind and body to settle. You can expect breath work, meditation, and other grounding practices. All levels of practice are welcome.

$10 COMMUNITY YOGA

In this class you will flow from one pose to the next guided by your breath. There will be a focus on alignment at a comfortable pace.  All levels are welcome, but a total beginner might like to try a more basic class first.

To thrive and be safe in any class your body should be healthy and free of injury.
