DESCRIPTIONS

$10 COMMUNITY YOGA

In this class you will flow from one pose to the next guided by your breath. There will be a focus on alignment at a comfortable pace.  All levels are welcome, but a total beginner might like to try a more basic class first.

WARM CANDLELIT YIN

This class encourages the muscles and fascia to stretch and open. We’ll hold postures for awhile while inviting the mind and body to settle. You can expect breath work, meditation, and other grounding practices. All levels of practice are welcome.

RESTORATIVE YOGA

This gentle class promotes relaxation and a sense of groundedness. You can expect gentle movement and stretching. We'll use props to make the body comfortable so we can release tension. We'll also explore a variety of meditation, breath work, and mindfulness techniques. All levels of practice are welcome. 

CORPORATE CLASSES

Let’s face it - work is stressful. Stressful employees are less productive. Yoga helps ease stress, increase focus and wellbeing. Yoga at the office can be a supportive and productive way to take a breath and a break.

PRIVATE CLASSES

These are customizable small group or individual classes. We’ll work together to develop an appropriate class for you.

To thrive and be safe in any class your body should be healthy and free of injury.
